Friday 10 am.
All containers have been delivered in Grubbenvorst.

April 5th 2007

What a week !!!
Customs on strike and a fight to get the containers in time in Grubbenvorst.
Yesterday the cleared 2 containers , but we could not find out which ones.
But today 5 minutes before closing time of the customs office they cleared all 4 containers?
So not tomorrow, but Saturday will be the unpacking day.
Pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

April 1st 2007

The containers arrived on schedule today in Rotterdam.
The are already unloaded and waiting for further processing.
If everything is going ok we will try to unpack all 4 on Friday !!!!!!. But I will advise all the owners in time
by email.
The first thing Monday morning will be contacting the shipping company for further details.

September 23rd 2006

Job done.
All 4 containers are packed and ready foir the trip down under.
On MOnday morning the containers will be transported to Rotterdam by truck and from there
by ship to Melbourne.
We expect them to arrive in Corowa on the first of November.

September 16 th 2006

As scheduled, we packed Blue on Friday and Green on Saturday.
With the help of good weather and , helpfulle pilots and all beeing on time in Grubbenvorst
we were able to finish the containers  on both days in the mid afternoon.

August 17 th 2006

This morning we finished all the work with the chamber of commerce and insurance.
Not easy this time as we have 24 gliders. We have to put some of the big ships in
2 containers wings in one and fuselage in another one. But as mentioned all the paperwork
has been done.
For the container packing, we made a 6m x 4m cover with frame just in case we have some rain
during packing.
Sorry for the pilots who can't come with us this year. The containers are full and we still
have 2 gliders waitlisted.
 

August 7 th 2006

A few weeks to go.
Everything is organized and we are looking foreward to meet everybody in Grubbenvorst.
The container setting is final, though we might swap the big fuselages to other containers.
At the moment all 4 containers are fully booked and 1 glider waitlisted.

July 28 th 2006

Time is going fast.
Today I finalized the  container setting and packing dates.

July 4th th 2006

We made the final decision to go with 4 containers.
The container setting is not final as we have to puzzle which glider in which container.
When ready I will change Provisional container setting into Final container setting

June 13 th 2006

The 4 containers are almost fully booked.
We are forced however to travel back to Australia early August, so there won't be time
to build the 5th container (if needed) this year.
Don't worry we will be back in September to pack the containers.

Note: The provisional schedule is NOT your final place in a container.
As soon as we know all the gliders we start puzzling to put all the gliders on the right spot and
the setting will be published as Final container setting  and time schedule.

February 24th 2006

The first of April will be the day that we will open the list for the transport of next season.
All the pilots who already send a request will have an email in the next week.
Due to the amount of enquiries at this stage we consider a 5th container for Corowa.
